Tools for Teaching Others about
Wheelchair Transportation Safety!

A primary objective of the WTS project is to share information with our stakeholder groups. We have assembled resources that will be useful to you as you teach others. We will continue to add PowerPoint presentations, videos, handouts, brochures, bookmarks and other resources that will help you teach others. Check back often to see what we have added.

MediaSite Live Presentations on the Web

This new toolbox resource adds video presentatons on wheelchair transportation safety to this website. MediaSite Live is a technology that lets Windows and Macintosh computer users view archived video stored on a central website designed to serve these videos. Our webserver is located at the U of Pittsburgh.

Note: for the following video formats, user may need to download addition software such as Windows Media Player, QuickTime Player or Real Player. Follow the on-screen prompts.

  • Wheelchair Transportation Saftery - Ride Safe 2008: a video Presentation of the information within the RideSafe Brochure - by Mary Ellen Buning, PhD, OTR/L, ATP
